My Process

1. we chat

Tell me about your business, what you’re picturing, what’s stressing you out about the whole thing. I ask a lot of questions. This part’s free and there’s zero pressure.

2. i get to work

Once we’re on the same page, I take it from there. I’ll share what I’m building as I go, and you can tell me what you love or what feels off. It’s a back-and-forth until it’s right.

3. we launch

The fun part. If you’re handling the site yourself after launch, I make sure you actually know how. If you’re on the Full-Service plan, I just keep things running and you forget I’m even there.

Yes, completely. I build exclusively on WordPress, which means everything lives on your own hosting account and is yours to keep, forever. With platforms like Wix or Squarespace, you’re essentially renting your website — if you stop paying or they change their terms, you lose it. With WordPress, no one can ever take your site away from you. You own the files, the content, the design. All of it.

Typically 2–4 weeks from the moment you provide your content and media. Timelines can vary depending on how quickly we can align on the design.

Text/content updates, image swaps, tweaking design elements — anything that doesn’t require major time, like building a new page or a new feature. When in doubt, just ask.

For most plans, yes — you know your business best. But if writing isn’t your thing, you can add copywriting to any package and I’ll handle it.
